This app is very useful and effective! I have reached true results!
Just what the doctor ordered! Easy to use, motivating, user-friendly interface. Great!
Really useful app to work hardly and build your muscles for the holiday ;)
Its a very good app. I like the way that the animation shows not only how to perform each exercise, but also which chest muscles are being used. I do wish that the animation would also highlight the other muscles that are heavily involved during the exercise as well, such as the triceps. My only other recommendation is to add a bell, or a horn or something at the very end of each workout signaling that the workout is complete. Overall this is a very good program.
Very good app it helped my chest form but there are to many advertisements
Not only this one, all of the apps by them are great! Ive been using them for almost 2 years.

Some bad moments

When you start the app the ad pops up and when you start to train another stubborn ad pops up. Everything you click in this app theres an ad pops up.
I just downloaded the app and was reviewing the exercises when I noticed in the calendar that the month of April has two days labelled the fourth, therefore, every day after is incorrect. Pretty poor coding and QA. Makes me question the quality of the rest of the app.
Cant even click the "OK" button after buying a $1.19 workout :/
It "was" good! I bought the chest and abs program to avoid the ads, now, I have ads and they asking me to upgrade (pay) to remove ads. I will NOT recommend it; just buy another app free of ads
– I purchased one of the available training programs but the app still displays ads. – You can’t simply turn off the workout music once and for all. It will start playing back with every new repetition. VERY annoying.
Loving it so far. Really feeling the soreness where I wasnt before.
